Glowguard is a photoluminescent technology. The GlowGuard material absorbs light (any light) and releases it as an intense glow when charging has stopped (in the absence of light).
Our safety garments have three layers of protection; GlowGuard tape, retro-reflective tape, and a fluorescent fabric keeping you protected in all environments.
Why is GlowGuard a Better Choice for Safety Apparel?
Other glow products on the market take hours to charge and only emit a small amount of light. GlowGuard charges in as little as 30sec last for up to 8 hours, and is bright enough to see 300ft away in the dark.
Any light can be used to charge the material. The brighter the light, the faster GlowGuard will charge giving your workers up to 8 hours of glow protection. The afterglow decays (dims) over time, but efficiently recharges in the presence of light.
