The Fuzzy Finger™ features replaceable nylon bristles that offer a safe and simple method to control a fuse barrel, even in high winds. The Fuzzy Finger™ is machined from lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminum, making it stronger and more durable than other probes available. Made in the USA, patent pending.

Using the Fuzzy Finger

Always open fuse doors using your approved work method.

1. Attach the Fuzzy Finger to your BLUE-STRIPE® hotstick.
2. Insert the tool into the fuse cradle as shown to the right. For maximum hold, fully insert the probe. (Tip: it helps to try to ‘center’ the tool in the fuse cradle.
3. Lift or raise the fuse door as needed.
